King Flashunkamen, Thor's father, arrived later, once Thor had "civilized" the earthlings.
He enjoyed being served by all that inhabited the land.
He was not particularly fond of the sea, (after a pool incident in his youth). Altho, he liked to lay upon many great pillows and look out over the sea at dusk while being fed tidbits of steak or chicken. He was treated better than King Faruke (a later Egyptian human king guy) ever dreamed. Legions came to have but a moment's opportunity to rub his belly. In fact, it was word of the King's love of BELLY RUBS that later spawned the concept of rubbing Buddah's belly for luck.

Here's a rare photo of King Flashunkamen, ruler of all he sniffs. |
An extremely rare photo (stolen at great risk) of our King in his youth!
He always liked his food bowl. Carried it with him wherever he went. He has been quoted as saying "mjfdlds dhfahadl fhsdhoidd hdfihid" which when the food bowl was removed translated to: "You never know when you may come upon a human just waiting to shower you with gormet bites of prime rib" |

This dignified profile would have you think today's studly term "hunk" came from his name.
Truth be told tho, it came from the fact that he was unlike any other, thus he was "uncommon". His mother, however was not a very good speller. |

My long lost relative -- King Moosankamen
King Moosie (as he is known by his loyal subjects) as seen in his royal carriage at the "Mishgun" Waddle. King Moosie is known for loving puppies and dressing up in magnificent finery. |
King Moosie is very impawtant and an inspiring way about him. His popularity among the Bassets is notorious. But then, he's also well known for dressing in some -- well shall we say -- creative outfits.
To go to his site - click here or on his royal image.-------> The King's site also has a beautiful art mooseum and links to purchase a book about the "road to the Dopey White House"

Pawhaps the reason King Moosankamen is the way he is --is the tree that fell on him
Note in this picture there is still evidence of the "leavings" on poor Moosie's head. |
